How it happened!

At the peak of the Native American Indian population, there were over 80 million of them living in North America, divided into over 1,000 tribes.
Nature was the basis of their existence. It gave them clothing, food, drink and health. It was important for them to live in harmony with the natural and social environment. If this harmony was disturbed, people became ill.
The Indians believe that every illness and every pain has its origin in the past, present or future.
The illness and the pain were never the main thing, but rather the importance of restoring harmony between body, mind and soul.
Native American medicine is much more than just treating illnesses; it encompasses all areas of life. This includes the entire way of life as well as the inclusion of dreams, rituals and visions, every day.
Shared experiences of spirituality satisfy mental and emotional needs while also incorporating knowledge of natural remedies, psychoanalysis and philosophy.
The treatment methods were and are not uniform. They vary from shaman to shaman. The herbal recipes were often prepared by women. There was also a type of homeopathic preparation.
There were also pure diagnosticians, for example the Mashki-kike-winini (Sioux language), who then referred the patients for phytotherapeutic treatment according to their instructions.
Remedies were also used against disease-causing spirits. The evil spirits were fought through a kind of exorcism ritual. All family members, often the whole tribe, took part in all healing rituals. The community was one of the most important healing mechanisms.
Since there was no written language, the shamans passed on their recipes orally in the form of chants and prayers. This knowledge was only passed on to special people who were designated as capable by their totem animal.

Our co-founder was very fortunate to be accepted as a shaman chief by the Sioux (pronounced su:h). They gave him the Indian name 'Wakan Wanageeska', which means 'Great Holy White Spirit'.
With this name they expressed their admiration for his extraordinary healing abilities. And of course they unreservedly initiated him into all their healing knowledge, including the recipes for certain remedies.

We draw on this knowledge and create our remedies according to original shamanic recipes.
Our goal is to provide natural support for the simplest to the most difficult illnesses.
Some of the natural remedies we use are very expensive and often take a long time to reach us. Despite this, we have kept our pricing very tight to make it possible for many people to take the remedies.
